Our fully equipped factory is located in a 20000 Sq.ft. plot in M.I.D.C. Bhosari in the very heart of Pune's industrial belt enabling us to forge very valuable ties with our customers and suppliers. Our vast engineering expertise of consultants in the greater Pune area has helped us to cater to the bulk export orders with quality guaranteed products.

With our expertise in providing reliable services to various manufacturing units in their designing, reconditioning and automation, our company achieves greater heights in our business. Some of the achievements are:

 

• A conveyor with a load capacity of 60 tons for the movement of hot forgings weighing 4 tons each at BFL, Baramati plant, which manufactures some of the heaviest forging in the world.

 

• Work on a common vehicle and common engine assembly line for different GM vehicles at their plant in Halol, Gujarat.

 

• Assembly trolleys for the Nano Car.

 

• A first of its kind pilot assembly line for power distribution products for Siemens India Limited at their Kalwa Plant.

 

• While doing so, we undertook the design and manufacture of a 12.5.

 

•Distributor in Indian market for Fork –lifts and Pallet trucks for OMG Industries Ltd.

•Tie –up with W+K Maschinenfabrik GmBH, Germany for Building Material Automation.

•Technical Collaboration with Ingotech Engineering Ltd. U.K for Metal Ingot Casting Lines.
